Personal Injury Lawyer
Chloe Thompson is a second-generation personal injury lawyer. She handles complex personal injury and wrongful death cases for fellow Central Oregonians.
In recognition of Chloe’s dedication to personal injury, she’s been recruited as a board member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and was accepted into the prestigious Bill Barton Litigation Bootcamp from which she graduated in 2025. Most recently, Chloe was awarded the 2026 Oregon Trial Lawyers Association New Lawyer of the Year Award – all markers of an attorney who takes their craft seriously.
That recognition reflects what her clients already know: she brings serious preparation and clear focus to every case.
Oregon Personal Injury Attorney
Chloe grew up on a cattle ranch in Crook County — she knows Central Oregon from the ground up. After earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, she worked at two civil litigation firms in California before returning to the Pacific Northwest where she was employed at a personal injury firm. There, she gained invaluable experience assisting on trials before attending law school at Willamette university.
Today, her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases including collisions involving pedestrians, cyclists, motor vehicles, commercial trucks, airplanes, and boats; sexual assault; products liability; premises liability; and dog bites.
When she’s not advocating for clients, Chloe’s happiest place is with family and friends - in particular her husband and son. She can also be found hiking, riding horses, drinking craft beer, floating the river, or indulging in her love for world travel, having visited 33 countries and counting...
“One of the things that surprised me most when I started working in Personal Injury Law, is the lack of education provided to consumers by insurance companies about the policies that the consumers hold, which in turn leads to many people being unaware of the benefits and rights that they have when they’re injured.
I love working with clients while they embark on their healing journey and advocating on their behalf to get them fair compensation for their injuries. I would like to see more people, especially those belonging to marginalized communities, have greater access to the legal field.”
